School fees are due (termly) at the beginning of each term.

School fees may be paid in ten installments, without penalty, from January to October. This condition only applies if arrangements are made in writing with the bursar.

Interest, at 2% above the prime rate will be charged on overdue accounts.

A 5% discount is administered for annual fees which are paid by 31 January 2010. This discount applies only to school fees (E 7 068.00 x 3 = E 21 204.00)

Intention to withdraw a pupil from the school, requires a full term’s written notice or the equivalent fees must be paid.

Class and field trips will be charged on an ad hoc basis during the year.

Deposits will be refunded, where applicable on a learner leaving the school, once all school fees are fully settled.
